• We currently offer free shipping to anywhere in Australia for orders over AUD$80.
• Flat rate of AUD$8 apply for shipment under AUD$80 

• All orders are shipped via Auspost Registered Post which requires signature on delivery and is the safest way to post out orders.

• Auspost Registered Post usually takes 2 – 5 days to deliver depending on your location.

• Recommended to provide a work address (including business name), to ensure someone is there to receive the parcel. If no one is there to sign for the parcel, a delivery card is left at the door and the parcel is taken to your nearest post office for you to collect. We will not be held responsible for any theft of parcels.

• Should you require a different mode of delivery from what we offer (eg. Auspost Express), please contact us.

• We post our handmade product within 24 hours if they are ready to ship, and made to order items may take a few days at most, see individual product descriptions for details.

• We currently use Australia Post - Registered Post International for a flat rate of AUD$20.

• Transit time for all international orders is 7-10 days allowing for time to pack your order depending on your location.

• Please note that these charges are for parcels up to 1 kg. If you are considering placing a large order which may exceed this weight, please contact us and advise your order and region so that we can calculate freight charges.

• You may have to pay additional taxes or import duties depending on your country. Goose Lane is not liable for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

• If you require a faster shipping option (Australia Post - Express Post International), please contact us prior to placing your order. Extra charges do apply.

 EXCHANGES

• If you would like to exchange your purchase for another product, please contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

• If we authorise a return or exchange, the item must be returned securely packaged via Express Post within Australia, and Registered Post for International. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

• If it is the case of  "changing your mind", you will pay for the cost of return postage. The customer is liable for the product until it arrives at our office. In case of "faulty or wrong items" as result of our fault, we will cover the cost of your return postage. 

• For exchanges, we will send the new item to you free of postage charges.

• Exchanges can take up to 10 days to process after we has received the goods.

• We reserves the right to deny an exchange for items which are deemed not to be in a resealable condition – if they are damaged in any way, or have been worn and washed. Those items will be sent back to the customer via the original shipping address with notification of reason.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Our products are handcrafted. As with most individually handmade items, minor variations and imperfections do occur, which are only meant to enhance the beauty and uniqueness of the product, making it one of a kind. 

As a result, although two pieces may be in the same style, there may be minor variations in colour, pattern, stitching and decoration, and they will not be exactly alike. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the product pictured will be exactly the same as the actual product you have ordered.

Goose Lane attempts to display all products as accurately as possible - all colours, styles and fits will be represented as best we can. However, please be aware that there are a number of factors, such as lighting, photo quality and individual monitor settings that will determine how true to life the representation of the colours are. We cannot guarantee that the colours shown on our website matches the actual product 100%
